Your social life may be affecting your health and you may not know it and this can be dangerous. You may have friend that love to drink and love to smoke and you get influenced to do the same. You may think that because everyone else is doing it and nothing is happening to them that you can do it yourself as well. These bad habits that your friends are teaching you to do can really be slowly killing you. You really have to get out of there are fast as you can because this is not doing good to your health. Certainly one way how you can live a healthy life is by hanging out with people who choose the right ways of living.
You may know of some people who isolate themselves because they have just given up on this world and they would rather be all alone. If you isolate yourself, you can be really sad and when you are sad, this can be doing things to your body which is not good. Isolating yourself from society is not a good idea because you need other people to be there for you to help you because people can help each other. A person can not do much if he or she is alone but when they are with other people, they can really do so much. If you are sad, you probably go to your parents or to your best friend and tell them why you are sad; people do this to get sympathy and when they do, they start feeling better.
